A generic AI assistant only sees what you type. To make it useful you would have to copy notes, summarize sessions and explain the context every time, with the risk of taking information out of its place.

The Copilot works inside the record: for the Professional in charge and with the required consent, it gathers the enabled Case 360 sources —Sessions, templates, goals, habits, evidence, Chat SANE and follow-up— and answers on that context.

Professional control and privacy

Does the AI Copilot replace the Professional?

No. It is a support tool: it summarizes and proposes based on the authorized case context, and clinical decisions remain with the Professional.

What information does it use?

The enabled sources in the Patient’s Case 360, such as Sessions, templates, goals, habits, evidence and Chat SANE, according to the permissions and consents in place.

Which plans include it?

The Red plans. The Agenda plan does not include the AI Copilot.
