Working online often means a schedule in one place, a video link in another and the Patient’s notes in a third. Switching windows mid-session is distracting and forces you to look for information that already exists.

In SANE the video call comes from the online appointment: the Professional and the Patient join the same private room from the portal or the App, and the Professional has the case summary, history and follow-up at hand.

What you need to offer online Sessions in an orderly way.

  • Online appointment

    Each service states its modality; when you book an online appointment, SANE links its video room to it.

  • Private 1:1 room

    Only the assigned Professional and that appointment’s Patient can join; the rest of the team has no access to the room.

  • Check before joining

    A camera and microphone check before entering the session.

  • Contextual clinical workspace

    During the call, the Professional can review the Patient’s summary, history and follow-up, plus the AI Copilot if the plan includes it.

  • From the portal or the App

    The Professional works from the web portal; the Patient joins from the SANE App or the portal.

  • Usage in view

    Video minutes are measured per session and deducted from what the plan includes for the period.

Frequently asked questions

Are video calls recorded?

No. SANE does not record sessions. After the video call, the Professional records the Session in the Patient’s record with their templates.

How many video hours does each plan include?

It depends on the plan: each plan sets the minutes included per month, and the Agenda plan does not include video calls. See the current details under Plans.

Can I run group sessions?

Today video calls are 1:1, between the assigned Professional and the appointment’s Patient.
